 GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What is emulation?

A: Emulation allows you to play games from classic consoles like the PS2, PSP, GBA, and more on modern devices like your iPhone or Android.

Q: Is emulation legal?

A: Yes, using emulators is legal. But downloading game files (ROMs/ISOs) you don’t own is not. Always dump your own games.

 iPHONE QUESTIONS

Q: What iOS version do I need for emulators?

A: iOS 17.4 or higher is required. This is the first version Apple officially allows sideloaded emulators like Delta and RetroArch.

Q: Can I play PS2 games on iPhone?

A: Not yet. iPhones don’t currently support PS2 emulators due to Apple’s restrictions and lack of powerful enough support.

Q: What emulators work best on iPhone?

A: The best ones right now are:

  • Delta (supports GBA, SNES, N64)

  • RetroArch (multi-system emulator)

  • PPSSPP (coming soon or sideloaded for PSP)

 ANDROID QUESTIONS

Q: What’s the best emulator for Android?

A: Depends on the system:

  • AetherSX2 for PS2

  • PPSSPP for PSP

  • RetroArch for multi-console emulation

  • MelonDS for Nintendo DS

Q: Do I need a powerful Android phone?

A: For smooth emulation (especially PS2/GameCube), you’ll want:

  • Snapdragon 845 or newer

  • 4GB RAM or more

  • Android 10 or newer

 GAMES & FILES

Q: What file types do emulators use?

A: Common file types include:

  • .ISO / .CSO (PSP, PS2, GameCube)

  • .GBA / .SFC / .NDS / .ZIP (GBA, SNES, DS)

Q: Where do I get game files?

A: You must legally dump them from your own physical copies. We do not link or provide any ROMs.
